    Anyone close to goal

    Im thirteen pounds from my goal weight,and have been stuck at this weight for now seven months! I guess Im happy at this weight? I, try but just not hard enough...it is my own fault! So now im going down to the weight of 185 please help. I know what to do just need a push. I hope you are all doing good with your weight loss.John

    Head Hunger is Driving Me Mad!!!

    I had that head hunger today! I ate more then I needed then was mad at my self for doing it!!!! then what the heck had a large 20 oz Cappuccino to top it off, the only good thing was it tatsed like Water today and not syrup! have been craving suger. so I gave it up!!!!!!!! no more. so how have all you guys been? hope fine.

    wow its great to see people,willing to work for a better health for them selfs and your own life's Con grads!!!! It was hard to quit my to very large two cups of Cappuccino's all that extra suger's and empty calories now I can start to focus on more control of my calorie intake.

    Have some multiple levels disk bulge, so started walking in the pool at the motel, staying around1500/1700 calories hoping soon to be pain free and walking try a pool if you can I will start reporting a better calorie count. and drinking more water. take care JOHNQ

    The Gone for Good Club

    hello every one! Id ,like to join the club. Ive been around lbt for over a year and a few months now and have lost over 100 pounds through Diet, Exercise,Scared of dying. BMI was 40, now 27 and holding for a while here. I, have received much support from freinds here that have pushed me to better health. I was fat for twenty years! The next twenty I walking into them with Fitness and self control. these will be the healthy years! Injoying my wife and kdds. and my health. take care most of all God bless! JOHNQ.

    Fatigue,weakness are some time common.If your body is not getting enough calorie to sustain it self? Just starting out in my weight loss,I over exercised! burned way more calories then I was taking in and felt Fatigue! make sure you look into it! it could be some thing simple.Trying up your calories a bit. good luck!

    keeping track of your food intake helps you maintain proper nutrition,that your chosing what foods and how much you eating! based on a 2000 calorie diet that is a lot of calories to eat,if your eating healthy and not just junk food!

    Evil Minds Unite

    this happend to me by my friend, this was the worst! my friend went to the two local free new paper ads that i was moving must sell, giving away old camper boat,kidds bike toy free and so on and so on I had at least 3000 phone calls in the first two weeks of the ad,it went on for a month. :clap2: every thing was free or under $50.00 gun fishing taclke? It sucked big time the calls started in the early am tell midnight.
