Hello checking in weight was 262 this morning walked 2.9somewhat jogged 3 mile's last night and hurt left knee! Go figure. Small meal's tell I, can walk with out pain. Well every one take care God bless you all.

hello every one! just remember one peice may not be bad but you have to stop there, or so you look up and half the bag is gone. I was at Sam's club today they were giving cheese cake away in all flavor's. I walked up and looked at the bag 18 fat grams in a little peice plus all the other's that I can't spell haha. I said no thank's walked away. only to come home hard boiled egg's which I love so much passed those up to. well every one take care have a nice easter. most of all God bless every one!

I' have been walking every day! at least 3 mile's up to Five,walking doe's so much for you. and it not hard on your joint's I jogged a little while the other day! then for too day's my lower back was in pain! so I' will stick to listening to my cd's and walking. And maybe even a bike ride after supper! take care God bless every one. Ps keep on walking!!!!

Hello every one no change today! 270 lbs I,hope every one is happy and healthy. Wi, would not cover adjustable lap band surgery! or I could < move to Minnesota > Maybe with this life style change Of new eating habits and walking I'll be able to keep this weight off and I, won't need it......Im glad there is a way for people to get help like the lap band surgery to help over weight people.......Ive been over weight now for twenty year's I, finely got the Call from the Doctor To lose weight or else!!!! So I' took this fine Dotor's advise, and started losing weight not because I' wanted to because I was forced to. So now im losing weight smaller meal's more water lot's of walking no suger's every thing no fat skim milk lot's fruit.... well every one hope this post find's you all in good health.......take care God bless!

I feel sorry for you..... It will get better maybe new friend's or the old will come around and see what they are missing your company! I had childhood friend's from grade school through age 18.they are still drinking, smoking & partying at the bar two night's aweek, they always tried to push me into drinking... thats when I, desided I' dident need them any more it's been nineteen year's now I still miss them... Well good luck hope thing's work out for you! Ps your health is the most importent.

....Norma.....Sorry to hear that you are having so many problem's.How much time and thought did you put into it before you were banded.Try to give yourself the same. I' know it suck to be in pain & hurt so bad. but think about this no surgery is good surgery. I had nose surgery the doctor never told me all the complication like a vain just opening up, having to have emergency surgery with out any thing! they just force your head back and do it...what ever you deside I hope its right for you you will be in my prayer's good luck!

I have been hooked sence the first year! The only thing there is a lot of swearing....the only series I'did'ent care for was six feet under!

Have faith you can win this small battle,Just think of the end result few week's you will be banded! month or so the weight will be falling off and you will be looking sharpe for summer. take care God bless. You can do this its mind game and your stronger... John

Hello every one! no big loss still 270 had School all week lot's of sitting around sure drank lot's of water! school was for S-130 basic firefighting for wild land forest fire fightting I' thought i could lose more weight that way! <haha> well people take care God bless you all. Ezercise is good! Fat grams Bad, have faith we can all win this battle!!!!!

Hang in there Girl!... Im not banded but I' feel your pain. Just wait afew week's when you can eat good, then imagine a month or so the weight will be falling off and people are going to walk up to you and say " your "looking good.people say your face seems slimmer wow. it will be all worth it... god luck God bless!hang in there.

Went to the meeting with DR wasco at the theyda clark medical center, on Tueday for three hours. there are many hoops that a person has to go through. such as seeing a Mental health provider. six mounths of recorded weight loss by you own Doctor or dietitian .proof of recorded weight loss failure. then come's fighting with your insurence company who hate there jobs, who are just there to get a pay check! You call your insurence with the proceddure code and they tell you that your Doctor office has to call but when you are starting this Quest to save your life you don't have a doctor yet! there should be more helpful, My insurence company pay's for every thing else except adjustable lap band. Im going to fight them on this through the insurence commission of Wi. well every one take care most of all God bless you all. and chew your food good.

hello I, was told by Dr wasco that these knew bands don't eroded like the old style that they had to go back in and fix < look into it more and go to that meeting > good info right from the Doctor!

hello every one < 270 >todays weight not bad! The first 20 or so came off like nothing" every other pound I'have had work for.. 40 pounds in a month 1/2 is pretty good and I'm not even banded yet, lots of walking and no pop! pop will really keep you heavy. take care.

Anything can be addiction if you use it in excess, food had ahold on me I, ate my self from 180 to 310 was depressed for a while.Doctor told me to lose weight or else!!!! so I did 276 today.walking every day eating right chosing new life style not to be fat! I'ts a mind game some time's you can do it! You can beat it! good luck God bless!

Theda clark medical center called me today wi Badger care/ forward card Doe's not cover adjustable lap band surgery.will do all other's. So im going to move to minnesota where it's covered < ha ha > Minnesota covers it!
