    May walking challenge

    Just checking in my walk was 10962 steps just over 5 miles this evening.
  2. Hello every one! have been working long hour's at work, have been eating less though I' started to reward myself with a Treat because I' have lost all this weight!! I' opened Pandora"s Box just for a few day's. A couple of Wendy's frosty's A couple of Mcdonld's Ice cream cone's And bang I, was up 3 or 4 pound's. I,have even been walking twice a day. So now Im mad at my self....... But I' closed the door back to losing weight...... Im down 56 pound's.... Was 60 but now I will have to hit it really hard again...... will let you no how it is going in a few day"s Please learn from my misstake. Hope this help,s

    May walking challenge

    I' love my Pedometer, I use it every day some time's twice aday. For me walking is the easy way to weight loss! I will join in on the Game's.
  4. I, have now lost 54.5 pound's in less three month's Prase God! Here is the question? I ate supper even knowing that I, was'ent hungery. dident it a lot but enough.Then I' felt that I' had to go and walk the food off that I' ate.Some time's I' think that i don't even want to eat knowing that I have to go walk it off! When it come's to that then I' just eat a yogurt or some fruit. Eat very lite. I' am not banded! and my Calorie's intake is under 1200 most day's even less. And I, drink a gallon of Water aday. I' eat egg beater's 30 calorie's per quarter cup half cup. Potato bread 90 cal's per slice 2 slice's 1 or 2 Yogurt's per day 100 cal' good cup of strawbarry's and a banna. some day's mix in canned chicken 60 cal 1/3 cup half cup. that was my diet for the last three week's maybe good for some. may notbe for other's. is this Quest for being thin. Now over taking me? I' will loss another 50 pound's and keep it off..... because that is my life style of walking when ever I' can. And eating less, smaller amount's. Every thing ...Fat Free...What do you think!

    Most of done enough walking at work? It's has been raining here off an on last three day's. worked late every night did'ent have time to walk got home to late. even ate more the I' shoud have. and still came in at 256.5 It's dark and now snowing but I' most go for a walk...................................... so I, can see what Mr Scale has to say in the morning! well every one take care God bless............................................................

    I hate fat people!!!

    I'weigh 259.5 pound's as of this morning! At my heavest i weighed 310 pound's I' have seen a lot of very fat people and very fat young people,I feel sorry for them because of the healty problem's that they are going to have if they don't already have. I, wish deep down we were all thin but that is not the case.most of it is the life style they live and how much food they consume with little or no Exercise, or other health problems or mental thing's that are going on. I once could not fit on a ride at the fair but I' can now!! and will the rest of my life because I' can I have the tool's to do it such as walking every day! and taking in less food! and a mindset that I''want to be thin for better health for my old age! Sorry about ranting!!! most of all God Bless every one! ps When I' see people that are< large > should be the proper term..not fat people....if I' get the chance to talk to them I talk to them about there eating habit's maybe to much pop what ever.     hoarding clothes

    It's a new beginning! It's a new You. I have to tell you a funny story I' have kept a Leather jacket in my closet for ten year's and could not fit into it, but I can fit in it now thank God.It's a Harely Davidson coat. all my fat cloth im going to give away with out as much as a thought or use them for rag's.     Emotional eating.. need advice....

    if you finding your self having to eat.Eat healthy food, fruit is the answer stop the Junk food. I' know it's hard but you can will this battle. maybe try the Counseling! but deep down you can beat this. Every one out here is fighting some kid if temptation. are you hungery? or just eating to eat. Figure that one out and maybe you will no the answer. Try drinking more liquid's that the ticket for me...... Good luck Take care God bless! John
  15. hello, every one. I' took my wife and kid's out to dinner to an all you can eat/choke down. it's better if you just don't even go there. well I' ate to much felt guilty all day Sunday. So I ate lite all day and got a four.eight mile walk in today feel a little better. just wanted to share that nasty story with you. I'm going to eat lite all week at school, as I'd like to be five pound's down this weekend! Plus lot's of walking! have a nice day God bless! John

    hello every one! I' have been jogging every night for past few night's a little over a mile then giving up.... .. pretty good for arm chair quarter back.The scale will tell me what is better walking/jogging for me. By how much weight I have lost over this week, Was 262 last week. hope to be down five pounds this week. I almost feel guilty if i have done enough to loss that five pound's? let you know later. well every one take care most of all God bless you.

    Being Banded has NOT changed me.

    I am not banded but i, feel your pain! hope life is treating you better. And don't worry about what people say! if they are talking about you. then there talking about some one else. at night I try to eat no later then five pm of very lite.Maybe try drinking more water! hope this help's and most of all God bless you!   19. If you are banded or not, we are all trying to lose weight in some form or another. people ask you are on a Diet....what kind? If you really want to lose weight it has to be a life style change for every thing. 1. Such as eatting habit's! change them. smaller portion's. Eatting healthy. 2.Exercise big big part in you road to weight loss. 3.You have to want to!!! 4.and it take's time. You will get there on your own time. 5.This work's for me every thing Fat Free. 6.I eat Egg beaters yogart lots of fresh fruit...I think I' am under 1200 calories 7.To finish about the life style change.. if you sit around all the time. Get up and start walking. there is affort in this weight loss game you have to start it start slow walk down to the corner, the next day 2 block's the three..... it will work you.You have nothing to lose But weight, And soon you will feel better about your self!     YOU KNOW YOUR "FAT" WHEN.............

    when you go to the Movie's and have to sit on a park bench! when you go to the car wash too get cleaned up! when you go to your sister's house for dinner and she give's you your own Pie, gallon milk cookie's. or she has to brib you with a pack of cookie's to come over visit. what else? this is a bad one when you have to use a bed sheet for a shirt. when all the cloth you have are sweat shirt's sweat pant's. when every one know's you name at fast food place. when the owner of the all you can eat buffet start's crying when you come to the door and try's to tell you that they are closing early! last one is when the atlis company want's to use your head for a bill board... well every one take care most of all god bless!
  23. Hello every one I"d like to tell you a story about buying a cheap $20.00 scale. I started out my Quest to lose weight, because my Doctor told me I had to. I'd like to tell you I' thought of it for the past twenty years, but that's not the case. I, bought a scale at menard's $20. started at 310 pound's have really been eating alot less. smaller portion's lot's of Water lot's of walking & walking some more & even a little jogging. I thought I, was down to 264 after to month's I got up weighed my self 3 time's 264 wow im doing good steped back on that cheap scale now I weighed 220 then 215 what the heck is going on!!!!! Here's the catch < went up and bought a new one life time warrinty > it is a Medical scale steped on it and I really weighed 274 I felt so bad like was beat up I' would of rather took a beating the have that Ten pound's back on....... I. almost just gave up it was a tuff day the juck food was looking good! But then I' looked in the mirrow my face was slimmer I' still was down 34 Plus pound's... so learn from my mistake.....buy a good Scale!!! Take care God bless you all.....John

    hello every one! walked three mile's in the morning and three in the evening, weight was < 260 > I' just love that people are saying I' can see the weight loss in you face. 50 lb total.
