Weighed in at 209. Mark me down for 19 pounds.......... That will put me into the 190 pound class....................................................................... One day a month we have a junk food day! If I have to eat healthy so do they haha. my weakness Ice cream with a mound of hot fudge and nuts. If its a really bad month I, may through in a few Oreo,s for good measure!

Can I play! weighed in at 210 this morning! 300 cruntchs 15 minutes Six sets or weights 37 minute morning stroll 113 minutes evening 53 minutes/ not trying to break any ones records just my own! trying not only to be some what thin but healther. Hope that you all meet your weight loss goals. Was averaging 9/14 hours a week of exercise. Well take care god bless!

Ten years you have been fighting it!.... I think if you put the time in to getting banded it will pay off in the end, I lost 99 pounds in about nine months and Im not banded but my doctor scared the hell out of me that i was in begining stages of Pancreatitis and the Id be a Diabetic,as my trigiycedrides were over 600. now78 weight was 310 with the bmi of 40. Cholesterol over 300 now 132. weight now 211 what ever you do you should loss that weight. I ,lost the weight by walking and some kind of compulsive disorder haha. The main thing is loss the weight/with the band I think you lose it in a health manner and your always thinking about the band and that will keep you in check! it has saved alot of peoples lifes. Emotions we all have them, we all live by them and some of us eat by them! Qustion do we eat because we are hungery Or by choice? Deep down most of us at some point just ate because we knew deep down we would feel better after ward, quick fix.....but going back to Emotions we are searching for some thing maybe a pat on the back a good job whatever just a need to feel wanted? well I refuse to let my Emotions tell me how I am going to eat! well what ever you deside good luck with your weight loss goals. for strarter's every one goes through it at one point in thier weight loss,try quiting the junk food!I think Big t told me to up my calories. I was around 800 moved it up to 1000/1200 the weight started to fall off.some times your body gets used to the same old work out! Try a little more walking,and maybe eating your last meal a little earlyer! drink more Water. most of all you can beat this!!! It has to be ICE CREAM!!! But I have solved that problem Klondike bars, SLIM.A.BEAR 98% fat free 130 calories 1.5 total fat. Sams club has them 15 or 18 bars under $9.00....... also fatfree sherbert......don"t carry that. Hope this helps most of all God bless, and hoping that all you lbt will meet your weight loss goals....

You will see some results in your weight loss, it may take a while but it will come! I was hooked on pop for years! Big time.I have had less then two cans in eight months,took a drink off one only because we were 20 miles from home thrusty That made me more thrusty. pop is not good for you Congrads on quiting!!!take care God bless. ps I lost over twenty pounds when I, stoped.

How has your relationship with food changed?

At one point in my life I,was consumed by food I would think of food as a pick me up! if I was down or blue Id eat..I felt better.we use food as chruch much of the time! some time we eat even knowing that we arn't really hungery. After losing all this weight I, now think much more on Do I, need this or just want it? then the mind set kicks in I just ate so now I will have to go for walk, walk it off! well every one Take care most of all God bless! -
This is what I eat almost every day! By no means is good for every one I stay under 1200 calories a day and limit my fat intake very few. I like 4/5 less I only eat Potato bread because it has no Saturated fat/Polunsaturated/monounsatuated and is only 90 cal per slice 1 cup of egg beaters 120 cal maybe some salsa? lunch is 1 large banna 90 cal 1 cup of red grapes 61 cal dinner 4 onces of meat or if im lazy 4 slices of 97% fat free turkey 120 cal 1cup 1/2 of salad with fat free dressing about 200 cal crutons good hand full 200 cal Snacks 2 cups of fat free yogert 200 cal and all day long I drink Water 10/12 full glass of water aday my crazy diet if I skip my large salad then I hit the fruits/veggie harded I am down 96 pounds today! alot of it has to do with putting the fork down not eatting like a pig/do I really need this large plate of food? and mostly walking I try to get one hour exercise in a day I was averaging 9/14 hours of week of exercise..... but thats only me. well every one take care! I only hope that you will all meet your weight loss goals soon for a better and healthy life style.......if you have a few minutes to spear take the time and go for a mini walk... soon you will be walking out the door. ps Good luck!

EXERCISE...is everybody really doing it??

Every ones metabolism rate is different, and every one loss weight differently. as for my self I was exercising 9 to 14 hours aweek mostly walking If I felt lazy then Id run a mile.In my eight month of exercising im down 92 pounds was 95 but had surgery yesterday gained some water weight. I think that you don,t have to kill your self exercising but if your looking to loss your weight faster with your band, Exercise can,t hurt I walk 3 miles aday every day some times twice! or at a minimum of at least one hour aday.... but thats just me because I enjoy walking and being out side. ps I also drink alot of water!........ I hope what ever you do,that you loss the weight that you want and don,t loss the weight to quick because rapid weight loss can cause gallbladder problems, I know this first hand. most of all God bless and I hope things work out for you! -
I keep pretty good track of my calories&fat intake I try to stay around 1100 calories less then ten fat grams. I also have a Journal keep track of Water meals, shacks fruits veggies. and also exercise program I was at 9 too 14 hours aweek of exercise. well enough about me how is every one doing on meeting there weight loss goals? take care God bless!

Do what you think is right for you! when it come,s down to it people treat over weight people differently. He might understand then again maybe not! they don,t realize all the health issues that go along with being over weight! some people look down on people that chose Surgery! when I kicked the idea around for months to get banded. And drove for hours too clinic countless hours finding Doctors on the phone only to find out that wi/ma don,t cover it I was bumed out I think some one in my on family asked can,t you just lose it your self. I did only because of deep fear of death and My faith in God...and lets not forget all the bandsters out there that would give courge and great advice........... People just don,t want to under stand that being banded is not easy way out! there are rules with being baned a whole life style change.protein in the morning. chew your food to mush. many many more. THERE IS NO EASY WAY WITH WEIGHT LOSS! I hope you get banded and that you loss the weight that you want, there is life after being over weight. Life was good before for health reason thin is better. good luck with your Journey. most of all God bless you.

This is the new me! here I am 215 pounds. this other pitcher is me in my old hunting cloth from last year! I, am 95 pounds down and losing. I will under go simple knee surgery in the morning scoping my right knee. as I have Torn cartlidge. Looking back at the last eight months fighting temptation of food has been a strange journey thinking that your dying for food all the time in reality I was eating myself to death, thinking I needed it. I did but in smaller portions. more self control ( hey I have that now....) also looking back Id really like to thank all the fine caring people that have gave me good idea's and most of all support when needed! ( Thank You ) I was averaging 9 too 14 hours aweek exercising mostly walking. I have walked out a pair of reeboks well every one I only hope that you will all meet your weight loss goals. most of all God bless every one! PS thanks again! JOHN. Oh by the way those are size 32 pants now

this sounds weird but try uping your calories to about 1000 try a little different exercise your body gets used to the same old thing! Im holding at 94 pounds lost! PS try exercising before you eat breakfast that way you are burning your calories from fat stored! stay at 500 calorie work out. good luck. most of all God bless!
