I NO THAT IT CAN BE FRUSTRATING!!!!!! BUT YOU WILL GET THERE IT ALL TAKE S TIME. I no you want it now but it will come. I have faith in you, you are well knowledged & a beautiful person. I always look forward to reading your posts.... and if you don,t get enough Protein in your body you will start losing hair/ and other problems weight loss and staying healthy have to go hand in hand. equal balance. I beat my self up daily do I want to conform to vanity to one,s appearance so people will not judge me! when I was fat! Dam I stilled looked good!!!! just hang in there ok! if you need a couch let me no. go girl go girl see I, can help. JohnQ

There is some thing to be said about your ("frame") mine is a large big boned I thought about trying to get down to 185...So im the ( right weight ) for vanity fair people! or 40% of the skinny people..... but I look at my self, and then check out my chest with a 45 inch diameter chest, used to be 56......... 20.5 arms now 15 but rock hard! And dam I, look good! but any way that another story.hehe.I have been stuck at 209/212 for all most a month.because of weights.If i, stick to the weights I could propley hit the 200lb but that would be killing my self! and if I wanted to get down to 185 the only way I, could do it is to just walk every day and stay around 1000/1200 calories no lifting weights because building mucle mass gives you weight! people have already come up to me many and told me to stop losing weight,Because im looking to thin/I think they are just used to seeing me fat. Im happy for the first time in twenty five years I, can wear a large jacket size 32 pants........geting to frame size I think its all what you think there is small, med ,large.....some super sized.or could be as simple as what you think your frame size is an idea, weight for you.....and mine is 200lb will get to that and maintain and really tone up! thats my goal but in the health books 200lb for six feet tall man is over weight. go figure yeah.... if your a bean pole or a, walking stick maybe...I will send a new photo not to be conseeded but you tell me if I, sould lose more or stay at this weight Please you won;t hurt my feeling....Thanks JohnQ

YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE HARDEST PART BY GOING THROUGH THE SURGERY! NOW TAKE SOME TIME AND THINK ABOUT IT ALL!.... YOU CAN DO THIS I PROMISH!...... when the reps come in with food just say no thanks and then go and get a drink of some Water it sounds funny but your stomach will feel full you now have tricked your mind! as weight loss it alot of mind game. you no what you have to do. it up to you! please dont take that the wrong way! it all takes time. and if you have to eat eat health take some fruit to work! the only thing I can tell is walking really helps. good luck there are better days ahead like tomorrow have a nice day at work! good bless

Thanks so much ladys!! My friends all! I thought about it I have been killing my self walking every day. 6days aweek of exercising weight,s biking heavy bag speed bag! im not giving my body time to heal and proper rest... I have noticed abig change I have dimp pulls in my stomach in dents only because I was up to 1000 crunths. to much. up to four hours aday work out. it has also seemed like an addiction i like the adrenalin of the work out even bigger arms.the total package. Im trying to hard.I rolled a machine down a hill and hurt knee shoulder so I will be slowing down! ................probley not by choice!................ I guess Im a fraid of being fat again. My personalty is do every thing 110% I used to have anixity disorder. thats gone now. now i have a compulsave disorer. haha new rule...... mon-wed fri weights .... tue -thur cardeo heavy bag/speed bag cruntchs 3 times aweek when I up and around. Im not trying to impress any one just be in great shape, this weight loss life style change for the past ten months has been rewarding I can buy of the kid rack....and I have great friends like you who are full of wisdom and who no ,how it is to be heavy I just hated being discrimanated by people because I was heavy! WELL THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR WISDOM IT HAS PUT ME INTO THE RIGHT MIND SET AND IT LIKE LOSING WEIGHT ( YOU CAN,T DO IT ALL IN A DAY ) GETING IN SHAPE WILL TAKE TIME!!!! I, will slow down and just let it take me where ever, keeping in shape that is. but in time!!! THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND KIND WORDS i WISH EVERY, ONE HAD A SUPPORT NET WORK LIKE THIS.JOHNQ

Hey whats up! Up your calories i was at 800 for three weeks lost weight then stoped!! you should try 1200 1500 because your body will go into starvation mood where it fight it self for the calories and you will hit a wall.....also try a small work out first thing in the morning to burn off stored fat from the day before.that does work. I have been having trouble with a few pounds up because I have been hitting the weights and to much exercise six days aweek. not giving my body proper time to rest & heal. well my friend take care...good luck!JOHNQ

You Have The Right To Remain Fat Or Skinny! This Is Only To Motive Soom People Not All So I, Thought About It I, Only Hope This Will Help People To Help Them Selfs! Or People Who Are Banded To Help There Band Out! The Fall Time In Wi,is Such A Beautiful Time,im Sure It Is Every Where Unless You Live In Iowa.haha You Do Have To Say That Was Funny! So Take The Time To Get Out Side And Enjoy The Out Doors,just Take A Walk For A 15 Minutes And Build Of That. I,know Some Of Us Are Large And In Charge, But Its Not To Hard Just To Start You Don,t Have To Run A Marathon Or Even Run,just Move From That Comfortable Spot. Turn That Tv Off.and Put Down That Fork A Little Earlyer And Don,t Eat dinner Late At Night Helps. Drink More Water. Ljbravado you will be al right good luck and a speedy recovery! pretty soon you will be losing weight feeling better. Im from up north next to superior, Wi. I scored 5.8 on hotornot.com it said you are hotter then 53% of men on this site! will have to send in a better pitcher!haha will have to go down by the stream with the colors changing get a new photo! and do a few crunch,s hehe. I just sent one in that my four year old took it was alright?

Wow I, will pray for you every day! you can and will get through it! It will be tough but you will do for your self and your family. There is life after pain meds....or any other kind. Every one has some stress, no body likes surgery I Read my bible before surgery it comforts me!
