"I" proud to be a rabbit! before I hurt my knee I was exercising up to fourteen hours a week. With out exercising Im holding my weight off by staying around 1000/1200 calorie's aday.the weight has fallen off! Im in tune with my body now and mind! I' don't have to killmy self working out.But I' do enjoy it. Its now a life style. Its almost like a typical behavior change from to" much"..... eating to not enough by some people standerd's. "Im in the two Hundred pound class now,have not sceen that for over twenty year's no matter how I lost it it GONE!!!! The Doctor's and the medical profession say that people that stay under 1600 calories/day for as long 24 weeks are in the MODERATE SEMISTARVATION CLASS. I will take my chance's at 1200 calorie's and maybe even go up to 1600 every other day to keep my friend's and family happy. It's funny before I was to fat!! now to thin there is no happy medium <hehe> but Im happy. well every one take care "I" hope that you meet your weight loss goal's JOHNQ hello Vine's

Very well put! mini goal's that we can reach DAY BY DAY!.....my mine goal 15 pound's by dec 1St......And Im proud of being a winded Wabbit....But gaining strength daily! Hope every one out there is reaching there goal weight even if it's slow in coming were losing. Good job to every one.JOHNQ

Wow! fighting two war"s on Different Front (" FOOD & SMOKING ") it can be done but I wish you SUCESS on that as that is a big deal. but you can do it be strong for your self. I know lbt"ers don't eat alot any way but! Have you tryed eatting all your food off a Sauce plate to help control your food intake...Its working for me. Just a thought Hope it help's........ Hope you are all meeting your weight loss goal's! JOHNQ PS HOW DO YOU CHANGE YOUR TICKER?

I never took my shirt off in public! or went swimming with my in laws in ten year's being fat made me think weired. -
Please add me to this list After looking into my Journal and exercise program after 42 day's of working out ( HARD ) I only lost 3 pound"s in the last 81 day's of my journal I have only lost 23 pounds. I figured my problem out I was over exercising! & not enough calorie's intake. well every one take care and hope in time you will all meet your goal's. JOHNQ

You are sick! ("kidding") have you heard the one,have you had half of your stomach removed! what"s going on with you are you sick! Or I just"can't " believe" that you could lose all that weight by your self! People just can't beliveve' or just don't want to give you any credit.................... This was from a good friend for over twenty five year's of freind ship. he now believe's me now only because month's ago he walked into my place and sceen me working out. And I proceeded to work out for the whole hour he stood there looking at me. I hope you lady's are on track and losing weight! keep up the Valet effort and a hello to YOU! JOHNQ

1....("I, am one bad habit") away from being fat! Such as Eatting when I'm not even hungery! 2. No person needs two plates of food at a setting. 3.Never deny your self a treat just use portion control. 4.never put of today what you plan to start tommorrow Get up and exercise! 5.Control your food intake. 6.never reward your self with a food treat unless it's healthy. 7. if you have to stick something in your face let it be healthy. 8.If you find your self out to Eat put half of your food in a container and bring home with you. 9.All the all you can eat buffet's sould be off limit,s unless you have good control (" And I" fall short half the time on this") 10.Find your self some support to help you and incourge you close to you that will help your weight loss goal,s. 11. As some time's we set are self up for failure because we set are Goal's to high! Small goal's each day that we no deep down we can do it! 12. Don't over exercise! I" HAVE ONLY LOST TWENTY 22 POUND"S IN 81 DAY'S AND THAT WAS KILLING MY SELF WITH EXERCISE! bUT I"M VERY THANK FULL FOR THE WEIGHT I" LOST BEFORE, ALL IN ALL OVER 100 PLUS POUND'S IN 11 MONTH'S SO WRITE ME DOWN FOR THE LAST 81 DAY'S AS A SLOW LOSER! ("CLUB").............. I HOPE THAT EVERY ONE IS MEETING THERE WEIGHT LOSS GOAL'S.

You have been doing so good! every one falls off the wagon at some point" you just have to climb back on and if your going to eat (" Eat healthy food") AND WATCH YOUR food INTAKE YOU WILL BE FINE. tAKE CARE BEST OF LUCK!
