Week 5.... No Weight Loss

I stalled at week 5 too! I was so frustrated but just kept on chuggin away at what I was doing and now I'm week 7 and the scale has been moving everyday. Just stay on track and focused and you'll see it move again no worries! -

Anyone Regret The Surgery?

I'll say at 3 weeks after being in the hospital for a week because I got so sick, I regretted it. I was crying and thing, "wtf did I do!?!?" I think it's normal to feel that way though, as a lot of people I talked to have! But now I'm a month and a half out and I don't regret it at all! -

Starting weight 330 DOS 287 on 07/23/12 Current weight: 250 In 1 and 1/2 months im Down 37 pounds, and a lot of inches! Wish the weight loss number was a little more but I'm staying positive and loving every pound gone! -

I know! I'm trying not to shop much cuz I know it won't fit for long. All my clothes were getting too big and since I'm a teacher I had to spoil myself a little so I had work attire

Have you tried plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream? It's so good! Even my family can't tell the difference. Also have you tried squash? -

Thanks ladies! I can't wait to be further out. I met with my nurse for my 1 month post op and she said the first 5 weeks are the worst and it slowly gets better! I can already tell. For me the first 3 were hell!
