So I'm jogging along the creek this morning and I run into my ex. She used to be a ring girl back when I was fighting MMA and had always been (my wife isn't looking) HOT!!!! She was there when I tore my knee to shreds and we broke it off before I went from 205-337. Her father and I stayed great friends and fishing buddy's despite the breakup between his daughter and I so I'm sure she was aware of the weight gain. Fast forward to today.. She stopped me and I kept jogging in place so she didn't know my interest had peaked. Maaaaan she looked good!!! But... You guys would be proud. Gave her a shug (hand shake + hug) that we guys give each other) and kept pushing!! Man it feels good that she caught the vapors! (in my Biz Markee voice).

Ok my bariatric family I need your help with something. Many of you already know that I am a chef and restauranteur and I may be embarking on a new venture with the medical group that performed my surgery. Here's the deal: I'm sure you've all seen Smart Ones, Weight atchers, etc. meals in your grocers freezers. How ould you feel if there were Bariatric-specific meals available to you in the same freezers? I'm not talking bland food either! I mean flavorful food that you'll love! What are your thoughts? I'm even thinking of producing foods specific to the eating stage you're in God before anything, Family before anyone, Home before anywhere. Priority..

It just kinda depends. I MURDERED a garden salad and I guarantee each bite did not get down to applesauce conaistency. But certain foods (like meats? Chew chew chew)

Sounds like more of a parasite. Food poisoning takes days for it to show up. Either one is no bueno but one requires a trip to the hospital and one just requires a few rolls of tissue and a wastebasket.

I've been wanting to switch to a .40 sub compact but when I carry IWB I just take the 9mm with hydra shocks. When I carry OWB I take one of my 1911's chambered in .45.

Ok people, I've always been a bit of a charmer with the ladies. Few laughs, hit em with the eyes and... BANG! I'm in there! As a collegiate athlete and top 20 recruit in high school, I got A LOT of attention! However, life happened.. 15 knee surgeries later and here we are. Well yesterday I went to a Raiders game (been a season ticket holder since they came back from Los Angeles) and a young lady approached me and tried to pick me up!! I was tongue tied for a second but walked with a lil more pep in my step. God before anything, Family before anyone, Home before anywhere. Priority..

You're not crazy at all! I was 317 the day of my surgery on 7/19/12. Once I hit 220 I started to panic. I run quite a bit and the pounds were melting to the tune of 7-10 lbs a week (steadily). However once I started lifting heavy, I hit an immediate plateau on weight loss and began putting on muscle weight. Last night I was at 232 but my body fat is down to 12%.

Surgery weight: 318 (Date: 7/19/12) Current weight: 232 I'm a gym junky but am sidelined in the hospital right now.

Yup me too!! And I'm horrible!! I'll put the blanket over my wife's head so she gets the full affect!! Lol!!

Thanks for the well wishes! It's been a life long thing for me! My dad was a master gunny and I was a scout sniper. Lol
