I've searched the topics and couldn't find an answer so I'm throwing it out there to my surgery family. Has anyone ever experienced dumping syndrome from Splenda? If so, what artificial sweeteners work?

Have some good news and bad news guys... Good news first: I had my first full night of pain-free sleep since my surgery and to top it off my kids let me sleep past 9:00 AM!!! (Awesome!!) Now for the bad news: while I was sleeping my mother and father drive down to visit me and I awoke to the smell of one of my mothers FAMOUS BREAKFASTS!! We are both chef's and my family owns restaurants. UGH!! CURSE YOU CLEAR LIQUIDS!!! Lol that's all.. Rant over.. (As I stay locked in my room until I hear the dishwasher from Breakfast plates) Lol!!

Yes I went through ALSA!! Dr. Ghassi did my surgery. Great surgeons and great facility but a few of the nurses were no bueno! I was readmitted after one day back home and didn't get any of my meds for a full day. I'm not a squeaky wheel so I got left behind.

How many weeks post op are you?

Hahaha it took my job transferring me to go! Now I only go for Raiders games with my son.
