No! They tell you to not do certain exercises for a reason.

I love dannon light and fit Greek yogurt. The key is to watch out for refined sugar, corn syrup, etc. natural sugars are fine and should not cause dumping. Dannon light and fit is the only brand of yogurt that is sweetened that my nut recommended.

Do you toast your bread or tortillas? We were told to make sure to toast the bread product or it would get stuck.

So dannon light and fit now has a greek yogurt as well. It has same flavorings as their regular yogurt but it has more protein, like 12 grams. Again it is sweetened mostly with natural sugars from the fruit so should not cause dumping.

I bought the video months ago and never used it. Was inspired by the posts to try it and am surprised how great of a workout it is and very easy to follow. I just got the biggest loser calorie burner from Netflix and it is a good workout.

I order a venti decaf, non-fat latte. You can get close to 15 g of protein.

My dietician said I could have dannon light and fit as it uses natural sugars from the fruit, not added corn syrup or refined sugar. I like the cherry flavor a lot. I also do the fage plain and add 1/2 packet of Splenda and a tsp of low sugar jelly or jam.

If anyone is concerned about hair loss, I take 5000 mg per day and it has really helped. -
Good luck! One of my biggest struggles after surgery was finding protein shakes I could tolerate. If you struggle with the creamy shakes, isopure had ready to drink shakes in fruit flavors. They can be found at gnc, vitamin shoppe etc. They are expensive but I could only tolerate those.
