On the clear liquid stage, unjury has a clear chicken broth with protein in it. It tastes really good. I bought this hoping to give me energy for the first stage. They also have a strawberry drink that is clear also good and I am not. Strawberry person. Good luck

Any soft non underwire bra should be ok as long as it is not tight or rubbing. I'm in the same boat. Mine are huge and I don't want them swingin while walkin! Lol

I just go sample packs of both the sytrax and the matrix. I know most of the sytrax you mix with water what about the matrix, like the cookies and cream? I am trying to find shakes that I can use with water since I travel a lot and the extra calories. THanks -

I spoke with my dr about this. She said that when your BMI is under 50 the liver is not much of an issue. She has been doing this surgery for five years and only had a "liver" issue once with a high BMI patient. Plus she wants you as strong as possible before surgery and that's hard to do on Clear Liquids or all liquid for two weeks prior. I have to do a pre op bowel prep (clear liquid) diet about two days before. -

LOL I too look like a dying cow. Anyway, yoga is great. And yes us chubby people can do it we just look a little weird check out amazon for a good DVD ( i like all the ratings they have) and try it. Also, cleaning helps. I was also thinking about a hobby like knitting. I know someone on the boards started woodworking.
