Oh Falicia!! I'm the same way. I feel like a big crying lump. Yesterday was not too bad but i cried most of Wednesday. I also have a short temper And my hair and skin is all funky. Ugh but the scale is moving so we can get through this!!

Simplysouthern: I hear you. I just wanted my mom and hubby. My dad passed last year so I'm feel you on that. No I don't think it's rude. Just explain you won't be there that long and you need the time to learn to drink and walk. They'll understand. Good luck!!

Emiller. My RNY was the 19th and I had another surgery on Friday so I'm about a week out too. So far so good this past week. I'm just scared everyday. -

Mine was the 19th and I'm in the same boat. I have to force myself to drink very slow. Had a little mild nausea today but that's it. I'm trying to figure out what full feels like. I'm scared I already stretched. :-(. -

I had mine on the 19th and yes hot and cold are normal parts of the healing process. I was on Clear liquids for week after. I would stick to them for most of your diet. I am just now on liquids only. Puréed is next week. SF Popsicles were my life savor and broth. I know it sucks but may help. Heather -
