  1. Well, I have not had that many. I think the people I work with are just afraid to say anything to me because I am HR but a few now and then would be nice. Sometimes I think I look the same. Take the them when you get them. But I can say I feel the same way. When I do get them my insecurities come out and I get really nervous but I do manage a thank you. :-)
  2. WOW CONGRATS!! You look great! I am soooo happy for you!! I have not had the guts yet to do more photos. I guess I am scared there will not be results.

    Hate protein

Actually, your weight loss looks pretty good. I have not used Hay Robb but I found Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle was the easiest after surgery for me. I still have it every morning. The unjury is good too.

    oh no. I ate rice!

Rice is a nasty little thing. Hope you feel better soon. I learned my lesson and it was only two small bites.
  6. And of course me. Heather Mcclelland Cook. Awesome idea!
  7. Hey Guys, I know TMI... but I have been getting horrible gas pains right after I eat. Almost instantaneous. I am about three months out and this just started. Shakes are ok but I just had chicken and it was almost immediate. I'm chewing well so I don't think that is it. Gas X really doesn't help it. It is so weird. Anyone else? Or is i just me??

  9. Yes I did too. Wow. I am thinking it was a food thing too. I just can't pinpoint it. Wow! What an experience. Jess, hope you feel better.
  10. Wow. It's amazing how much our lives have changed in three months. Just imagine where we all will be in the next three. And just think, that's right before summer. We will be able to get cute summer clothes! And all the great activities. :-). Go Go Go!!

    Worst thing ?

I had surgery on 11/19. I was doing pretty well. I had never had surgery before so I had no idea what to really expect. I made it ok. Sent me home on the 21st. By the 22nd I was really sick. I could keep NOTHING down. Went to the ER and found out I had a staple close off and twist my intestine. Back into surgery but I have been fine since. What I had happen was very rare! Three four weeks out I got pretty nauseated and lived on water crackers and yogurt. But that soon passed. Yes, there were times I hated my decision and I was scared but I would do it again. I'm at three months today and I am finally starting to feel normal again. It is a BIG lifestyle change and should not be done lightly. It was my last resort. Time will tell. GOOD LUCK to you!
  15. Raquel, You sound like me. It was freakin AWFUL! I tried everything (same as you) and nothing would help it. I almost went to the ER but I was afraid of what happened to you, sitting there and nothing. It did start to subside about a day after it started. I was scared too! Let me know how you are and I hope it goes away fast!!!

    Wgat Dumps You ?

It really depends and no, not everyone dumps. Libra_Lisa, I also have a steel stomach. lol I can't do rice either. It makes me feel losey. I can eat fruit and dairy with no problems but not premade shakes. Again, losey. I have only got the dumping sensation once, actually Sunday night. For dinner I pushed it, I mixed some Honey Bunches of Oats into my greek yogurt for something different. I got sick but no barfing. Thank God!! I learned a good lesson that I needed!
  17. I CAN NOT BELIEVE it is three months for me today!! I am down 44 since surgery. I was hoping to be at 50 but I am still happy with the results. I am in a XL/L top and around a 16 in pants. I was a 22/24 and a 1X/2X when I started this process. I have a long way to go but I am starting to feel "normal" again. My next goal weight is 197. That is what I was when I got married 17 years ago. I have only been less then that for about a year back in 2004.

    tmi-running and fat jiggling

I wear the spandex from walmart and target. I think walmart is Danskin and Target is Champion. If you get it a little on the snug side it helps and is a lot cheaper then actual shape/compression wear. I also wear undies with some compression in them for my stomach. Good luck
  19. It is three months today. I can hardly grasp it. Down a total of 57 and 44 since surgery. I wish it was more but I am HAPPY!

  20. You are doing really well. I was 262 DOS on 11/19. I am three months today and I weigh 218. I am losing about 2 - 2.5 pounds per week. My doc said I am about average. Kisersassy, You better not be done losing. We are at the same weigh. You'll start again. I have faith!!!

    Just hours away!

I am sooo happy for you both! You will be FINE! HUGS!!
  22. Also, salt, PMS anything can cause a 3 pound gain. I am three months out and have had two 2-3 pound gains. They go away pretty quick. And Shasta is right, don't stress. You will be fine. :-)
