I would do it in a heartbeat. In 2 months I've lost enough weight that I am skinnier than I have been in 9 years! My complications have been minor. Mild back & neck pain due to scoliosis adjusting. Vomiting because I havent successfully mastered eating slowly (i have 1 1/2 y.o. twins) I have more energy than I did as a teenager. New Life Started 07/24/12

I honestly didn't pay attention to calories, they're small like a granola bar. I get them @ wal mart. In the same section as the granola bars. New Life Started 07/24/12

Special K makes Protein "candy" bats. 10g protein per bar. Several different flavors. They're pretty good. I've gotten to where I give them to my kids when they want a sweet snack. New Life Started 07/24/12

Have any of you dealt with or are dealing with horrible, nasty, disgusting, kill you in your sleep flatulence? My surgeon warned me that some foul gas is normal but I swear! I'm not just making the goats faint, I'm killing them. Please tell me I'm not alone and that its not a permanent thing or atleast that there's a remedy. I'm sure it has to do with the Protein but man.... Even the house flies are begging for mercy. New Life Started 07/24/12

Reading all these positive posts makes me so excited! I love that I'm starting to hit these milestones myself but it makes me so happy to.see other people experiencing them along with me. I cheated. The only thing I want to add is don't make yourself vomit. It could cause issues that may result in your surgery having to be postponed. Just keep telling yourself how important this surgery is to you. New Life Started 07/24/12

Also racing pulse, jitters, and sweating. It was not this bad pre surgery. New Life Started 07/24/12

I do it all the time. I am not anemic. I believe it is low blood sugar. I always had trouble keeping my sugars up pre surgery and now its even worse. I have noticed if I drink something sugary I don't do it as bad. New Life Started 07/24/12
