Very interesting! I like the smaller portion option. Even before surgery I thought all restaurants served portions that were way too big. Now I try to order off of the kids menu. I have asked for smaller portions at some restaurants and have been turned down. As far as posting the nutritional information, I don't see how that will help. A lot of people are not informed enough to know what the information means. And if they don't know what it means, how can they use the information to make an informed decision on their choice of foods? I am soooo sorry for what u are going through. I can't believe they did not tell u this until 9 months after your process started. Maybe they have financing? If not there, u could check around with.other surgeons. Again I am so sorry. Don't give up yet though.
