Oh gosh so I can't take anytime off of work until September 26th. Pre op testing is 8/14. My little heart got broken because I really thought we were going to get this done at the last week of August. Mantra--it will be okay!

Whoooo hooooo just found out pre op testing is 8/14! So hopefully surgery soon there after! I'm so excited I could cry!

I am so ready for it all to happen!!! I have been staying in a lot and avoiding social situations. I know part of it is the heat we have had here in Indiana but I know there is more to it. I have great family and friends who are keeping me company though!!

Thank you do much! I'm so excited. I think I actually cried the entire afternoon Tuesday after I got approval.

6 months is pretty standard now. Insurances want to make sure you know what you are getting into. Go to your local Support Groups on a regular basis. I had to wait 6 months, just got my approval and I think it was worth it bc I have made some awesome support friends in that time. Don't be sad about it bc everything happens for a reason

I have had a knee surgery and my knee just hurts, mainly bc I carry 400lbs on it all day. I keep 10lb weights by my couch and just do whatever arm exercises while I watch tv. After a few weeks I have been able to tell a difference. It seems silly at first. But now even my best friend will do it with me. -
