    If Not Food Then What?

Jessie, if you would like to run, may I suggest Couch to 5k. App is C25K. Awesome!! I did it two years ago when I was 270# and still a long way from RNY. I had my surgery on 10/5/12. I run at least 4 times a week. Yes, I'm heavy (255#), but I'm losing everyday...and anyone who wants to stare can watch me the entire four miles!!! Lol
  11. Fiusha, Thank you!! I jog 3.6 miles a day about 5 days a week. I consume around 800-1000 calories, mostly Protein. I burn 600 calories on each run, but if I don't eat enough, I do not lose! I cannot stomach shakes anymore!! Ugh!!

  15. The hardest day for me was post op day 5. I'm 14 weeks post op today!! Down 60# and feeling on top of the world!! There's no way someone could explain to me 14 weeks ago how amazing I would feel today. I have a little over 100# to get to goal, but it's doable!!! This is an awesome resource!! We are all here for each other! Best of luck! You're in for the ride of your life!!!
