Honestly some surgeons , just like getting a pay check , I went to my surgeons office a number of times just to get weighed or to give me paper work for test I have to take when in reality he could of gave me everything I needed to get the ball rolling , not one paper every 3 weeks .... I noticed when I increase my Water intake and Protein I lose more . I weighed 210 on surgery day 7/10. I'm 170 as of today. Try increase the water and the Protien and see how you do, that has been working for me... Good luck 7*10*12

I try for two a day, i noticed if I drink in 2oz cups, or with a straw I can get the whole two bottles. When I first had my surgery I could only get a half of a bottle. 7*10*12 -

Are we talking about the syrup or the drink itself?yes the syrup sugar free. But the drink itself does contain sugar. Not as much as the other drinks but does contain less than 20 mg. 7*10*12
