Hi, September members my date was 9/11/12. First how is every one doing? I think I am doing pretty good.But I just wanted to know how some of you have delt with constipation, I drink at least 64 oz. a day i also do my popsicles. Yesterday I had a go about an 1 1/2 hour without drinking and today I paid dearly. How are you all dealing with this. Has anyone ate watermelon ?

Todays is better than most I still have difficulty keeping up with the Water. Some soreness after sitting and drinking. Doing my Vitamins and protien, experience some energy dips that while me out Spiritually Guided

I have my final meeting with my surgeon tomorrow. I have been drinking my protiens in the am and doing salads in the pm. I notice that after 2.5 hours i get really tired. So I am planning how to maintain my energy when I go back to work. I guess I am having fun planning.
