Hey Everyone, So I am NOW HOME from the hospital!!! So happy to be back home. My goal (doctor's request) is to drink 32oz of liquids a day. OMG, not easy. I've been sipping since i got home. I've also taking some pain meds because i did a lot of walking today (from hospital bed to car right outside the hospital). According to my doctors that's a lot . Right now i'm in the bed relaxing and sipping. If anyone have any question, please let me know. W We are all in this together!!!!!

Hi everyone, So I am still alive, however still in ALOT OF PAIN....i cried in recovery because of the pain but now, not so bad. Okay, now I'm off to a nap and the try and walk. Will keep you posted as soon as I can. Thanks

Good morning everyone, So I am on my way to the hospital with my father and roommate. I am sooo freaking sleepy but also extremely excited. Just went down my check list and I think I have everything .

I've been drinking "Oh Yeah!" powered Protein with soy or almond milk. My doctor told me to drink 1200 calories however that has been impossible for me to do. I've also been eating sugar free Jello.

I just want to have to worry about anything for at least the next 2 weeks. I've also paid all my bills.

Hey, are you all ready for Monday? What time do you have to be at the hospital? I have to be there by 6am and surgery starts at 7:30am.

OMG..... 2 more days!!!! I've cleaned my whole house, washed my hair and washed all my clothes. Now i just need to pack and do nails . I am sooooo EXCITED, i am not even nervous any more. Just getting to get this going!

Hey everyone, So i just got home from the hospital. I had to have my blood work done and pre-register for my surgery on MONDAY!!!! So right now i just have to continue my liquids (Down 10.5 pounds since last Friday) and show up to the hospital by 6am on Monday.

I bought all the Unjury Samples and thought i was going to DIE!!!! Good Luck with it!

I'm using Oh Yeah! protein Mix (Vanilla cream and Chocolate milkshake) that's the only brand i was able to stomach.

OKAY!!! Seriously i want some freaking FOOD..... At what point does this liquid diet get easier. I am tired of this milky protein STUFF.....I cant even get in the 1200 calories that my doctor requires.

So i just got off the phone with the nurse at the hospital and i am schedule to do my blood work on Thur 9/27/2012... YAAAAAH!

AWESOME.... The hospital called me this AM (i sure its to come in for my blood work this week) however i missed the call because i don't get phone service at work.

I am nervous because i know i will be in a lot of pain right after the surgery, BUT i am MORE EXCITED about the NEW ME!!!

Good morning, I'm everything will just fine. The only surprise I had at my pre-op was having to start the liquid diet the next day instead of today. I'm still waiting for a call from the hospital so I can go back and do my blood work.

Hey, I'm also from NYC (Brooklyn) and now live in Maryland (Largo). I've been living in Maryland since 2009. Do you mind me asking what part of Maryland you live in? I'm having my surgery in DC.
