I agree with this! I will do it once a week. I see my sister do it like 3x a day, and that isn't good! -
Syntrax double stuffed cookie...tastes like an oreo milkshake! Because of this heavenly shake, I am able to get in 60+ grams of protein a day being only 11 days post-op! It tastes like COOKIES!! It's $35 can be found on amazon, vitamin shoppe, etc. Add 8 oz skim plus to one scoop power, you get 35g of protein, 210 cals. UHHHMAZINGGG!

K...I'm going to let you girls in on a little secret! I'm 10 days post-op and had 60g of protein yesterday. Syntrax makes amazing, heavenly protein power in a double stuffed cookie flavor among others. It tastes like a really unhealthy fattening oreo milkshake!! It's amazing and has been a savior! -
Very silly question. I'm a week post-op. can we stretch our pouch with clear liquids or protein??

My surgeon told me exercise resumes after 4 weeks from surgery. That sounds about right. You will need 2 weeks to heal fully -
