After my RNY my guy wants me to do p90x with him mind you I did try it out for a bit "45 days " was so hard at my weight on my knee I gave it hell till my knee gave out like it always seems to

My dr wouldnt prescribe it to me it makes ppl moody and weird dreams and suicidal rate go up! I noticed with friends that took it how much it affected them but did help them quit.

Taking prenatal Vitamins instead of a Multivitamin will help combat hair loss. I figure they work just as well since they are designed to sustain your body while you are creating another human. Just a thought

K a friend of mine that had her RNY said it feels the same as having you gallbladder removed is this true?? I had mine removed back in the 90s done by lap and tell the truth it did not really bother me much no real pain did not take time off work I think she is crazzy coz she had hers out way after her RNY I would love some input on this if you could Ty
