I had surgery 6-13-12 with omalley! I did not have a drain! I was in the hospital 2 nights! My staples came out at my 1 week appt. I think I was on liquids for about 10 days! 2 days after I got out of the hospital I went to a dance recital all day! And a 3 hr graduation at night! I was tired but I was ok! I brought everything I needed so that I still got what I needed! Just take it easy and listen to ur body! TAKE THE PAIN MEDS while ur out that day! Good luck

I am in rochester and I had my surgery June 13 and I've lost 77 pounds. Dr omalley did my surgery!!

Tonight I went to planet fitness and I worked out for an hour and a half! I feel great because the last time I was there I was 60 pounds heavier than I am right now! I didn't feel like a whale Trying to workout while everyone else Was way better shape than I was! I actually fell like I Fit in. As well as not feeling like I'm going to die trying to work out

I have to share... I have been saving all my clothes over the years as I grew bigger and bigger! I saved them because I kept telling myself I would lose some weight! Since 2003 I have clothes I can't believe it! Tonight I went thru all the clothes and I took out the ones that fit and I am donating the ones that are too big! I will not be saving those clothes because I NEVER want to wear them again!!! I feel relieved to get rid of them! I can't wait to go shopping in the normal size stores

Anyone experience a migrane after surgery!? I have had a headache for the past 2 days that has left me so nauseas that I have been throwing up and I have blurry vision!

So today I was informed that at work we are doing buffalo bills casual Friday! Which means I had to go out and buy something with bills on it! I went to target and instantly went to the plus sizes. Tried on a few that were huge on me! So then I went to the normal section and I was able to buy an XL shirt! I cant believe how far I've come in less than 3 months! This is def my motivation to get my butt to the gym!

I have pcos! I had the bypass 6 weeks ago. Before surgery I asked my surgeon what will happen if I loose the excess weight! He said that is will make a 80% difference! And my period will be 100% better. I do now have horrible mood swings
