glucose control boost particle liquid diet

Has any one else had to do the particle diet of 4 glucose control boost shakes amd one meal at dinner of 4-5 oz lean meat and 1-2 cups certain fresh or frozen veggies and water. Any tips or ways to spice up ur chicken -
Since startinf my particle liquid diet aftwr a week in im down 5 i havent seen under 300 in awhile

Its hard at home when my family eats at meal time cuz mostly i cant smelling the food drives me nuts but somehow i have stayed away

I did that fir the week before i had to start the particle diet figured was gonna be like straving for the month i got it all in. So hard to be hungry and not beable ti eat

I started my particle luquid diet today. I have 1 month to go, that diet for 4 weeks. Gonna be a long last month lol. I it coming so fast, my feelings are everywhere

I have my pre op testinf march 26 no more monthly weighs for before. I start july 31, my information meeting. I have to do a particle liquid diet starting today til aurgery. To my surprise, the glucose controll boost that they have me taking is axtuallypretty good. I have a ton of protein powder that way i can mix it in anything that i like and can tolerate
