Hi I'm a month pre-op & am struggling to focus on what's ahead. Ive been having some serious binges (my usual reaction to stress/nerves!) & am worried I'm not prepared enough. Anyone else feel that way close to surgery? It's almost like I'm on a bit of a food bender
