    What ya eating tonight?

Was out all day...had a subway salad but stopped by social security building and security there is so strict, no food or drink nd she made me throw my salad away :-( sat in there for 4 hours and was starving when i left..made a horrible choice, ate about 1/3 slice of greasy pizza and proceeded to up chuck on the sidewalk while a man in a car drove by and yelled "you drunk b****" So that combined with pregnancy hormones made me cry :-( HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13
  11. Yes insurance paid for it. But would not pay for an extra day in the hospital. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13
  12. I specifically asked at the seminar how the surgery was performed and he said "laparascopic" so open surgery was not even in my thoughts. He didn't even have the nerve to tell me. It was discovered when the nurse took out my drain and she exclaimed "oh my...he cut you open!" Afterwards, his staff claimed "he always does RNYs openly" which was not what I was told. Based on those lies and his refusal to call my ins company to ask them to let me stay and extra day (I was discharged 30 hours after surgery with a 9in open wound) I no longer speak or am in contact with my surgeon. But yeah, my dad just had RNY and his surgeon told him if he ran into complications, then he would switch to open. I just wish I had known it was even a possibilty, then I wouldve been prepared as far as recovery was involved. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13

I noticed the name after I commented. Girl, I wish I knew how to do hair. I'm one of those black women that are clueless when it comes to hair & styling. So sad and thankful I have no daughters! HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13

    Nasty seperation

You just go to whatever city's housing authority office and apply for housing. Some have online applications but most are in person. Although if you call, perhaps they can mail you one. Remember to stick to small towns and google that town's name plus "housing authority". HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13

    Nasty seperation

Just a tip but subsidized housing in non urban areas are a good route to getting housing much faster. For instance, I live in Newark NJ and its hard to find housing here, the subsidized lists take forever and the sec 8 list is closed but when I lived with my dad just 60 miles away in Phillipsburg NJ and applied for housing, they offered me an apt less than 6 months later. So look into subsidy housing further away. It may be out of your comfort zone as far as location but it's worth it and a change of scenery may be what you need to start off fresh and stress free. 17. What I wished I asked my surgeon was What could go wrong during the surgery that would make him go from laparascopic to open surgery? I had open surgery even though he said he does it the other way and I was totally shocked and appalled when I discovered it. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13

Diet coke & pre op diet

Soda doesn't expand your pouch. We are told to stay away from it because of the unhealthy habits it can start back up, such as fast food. I drink soda sometimes but it doesn't taste the same. Kinda like you can taste all the chemicals now. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13
