2 pieces of honey BBQ chicken wing sections. Oh yeah, last night's meatballs & ravioli didn't go too well on the first try. I have not had hair loss since surgery. Idk if i sn blame the baby but my hair is thicker and healthier but I do weekly egg & olive oil conditioning and my prenatals contain dha (fish oil) which is great for hair. HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13 -

Had a chicken bologna & cheese sandwich, 1/2 eaten over the course of 2 hours while waiting at the doc office. Other 1/2 eaten later. Now attempting to eat one of those frozen grilled chicken sandwiches you throw in the microwave. Took the top bun off, added a slice of cheese and a squirt of ranch. I'm gonna be honest. I had pregnancy cravings and the baby "told" me that it would be ok if I had some Choc chip cookie dough ice cream WITH chocolate syrup. My pouch immediately told my baby that he was full of sh*t and I dumped so bad that I twitch and cower in the corner at the sight of Choc syrup. Girl I have 2 left. My OB claims that I shouldn't need it anymore. Most days I don't but I do take one if I'm going out just so I don't throw up in public. Baby is kicking like crazy now. This is so amazing HW:358 DOS:338 CW:275 SD:1/28/13
