No my moms friend told me to try the stool softeners. They are not harsh. My dr recommended miralax. I may get some of that but was afraid that it would make me gag. -

I started my 2 week preop once I was approved by my insurance company and had my surgery date. Some surgeons require more time based on your bmi. Some dont require preop diet at all. -

I'm 5 weeks post op. If anything I go to the bathroom less. Have to take stool softeners now. I think I donets pee as much because I'm not drinking caffeine now. I was a big diet dr pepper drinker. So far I haven't lost cup size but back fat has gone down so bras are not tight now. -

I didn't like the mocha flavored shake. The chocolate with Fiber was ok. I also preferred the variety pack of bars. It was $130 for a 2 week supply. That paid for 8 boxes (7 items per box). I was required to have 4 items a day and a low carb meal. I picked 4 boxes of shakes and 4 boxes of bars.

I haven't found a Greek yogurt that I like. I tried several of the Chobani. They all taste spoiled and tart.

So happy for you. I had to use the new direction shakes and bars too. My dr office required them for 2 weeks preop.

Have you tried calling the insurance company to see how long it takes them to approve? Sometimes they may send a letter of approval instead of a email or faxed approval. -

I want to raid my moms closet. She had RNY 9 years ago and has the cutest clothes. She's between a size 10-12. I can't wait. Also to buy a cute bathing suit.
