    Overnight.
  8. I was told no vacuuming for 6 weeks. That was the only housework restriction. I'm two weeks post op and my mom wouldn't let me do laundry. She was scared of all the bending and the basket being too heavy.

    Who Have You Told?

I told my immediate family, friends and coworkers. Everyone has been really supportive. I had my surgery on my birthday which was July 3. I called it a rebirth. My mom and aunt both had RNY 9 years ago. My best friend had it 4 years ago. My father was worried about me doing it but once I told him that I didn't want to get all the health problems that ran on both sides of my family he got on board. He, my sister and my stepmom even came down from LA for the surgery. This is not a quick fix but a lifestyle change. I'm both nervous and excited.
  13. These are all so great. Ive laughed so hard. I will be glad when I can get up without my knees popping. Raid my mom's clothes who RNY 9 years ago this month. Not having people say you have such a pretty face. Dating. Not have people ask you can you eat all that.
