I'm actually doing really well no terrible horror stories... I'm probably doing too much considering the surgery I had. Did you do anything different the third week. Your post has made me think do I need to step it up and do something different this week? Lol How are you feeling?

First appt a week after surgery lost 8 lbs.... I feel like I barely eat compared to prior to surgery... Thought I might have lost more.... Starting weight 214Ibs Weight now 206
