Never really ate it not sure what is the best! Any suggestions

I'm a stay at home mom of 4 ranging from 1 to 14 in age. I was down about 3 days then fine my energy was a little low but I just cleaned the house really well before surgery and had to do things at my own pace after I'm 1 month out and say yes do it.

I had my 6 yr smoke free aversery. Just tally up all the money you will save to spend on new clothes so worth it!

I could have written this exact post even down to the surgury date crazy we all think we are the only ones this s not going to work for

I was the same weight for 2 weeks then lost 3.5 pounds yesterday we can do this

Take Chapstick to the hospital with you and buy protien samples you taste buds will change

Finaly losing again 225.4 today

I was 244.5 the day of surgery I can't do the protien shakes the make me so sick I have been trying to get my protin in with food averaging about 50 grams a day low I know I do pretty well at my Water and average about 700 calories a day. I'm pretty active I have 4 kids they keep me busy and we try to swim a lot I'm going to start going back to the gym tommorow.

My one month will be Friday and I have only last 16.5 so discouraging why am I losing so much slower than you guys?

My dr was tidus Duncan Hobson as well small work we should all get together and do lunch. We can buy 1 meal and split it haha.

Just give it time. He may be feeling insecure like I better leave her before she leaves me. I have been divorced but am now married again and we say things that really hurt each other some times it sucks and is not right but my best advise is to ride out the storm it often blows over. He will never say he is feeling insecure but it sounds that way to me. Just say I'm sorry you feel that wy I love you and walk away give him the space he needs to work this out un his head remember he doesn't have a support group like you do. Don't get me wrong I know it hurts like hell I'm just saying what is coming out of his mouth may not be how he truly feels good luck don't let it get you down
