Depends on the insurance company. They will either call or mail you directly or call or mail your surgeons office. Mine called my surgeons office and I called her practicality every other day till she heard. What insurance do you have?

I gave in to a few fries my insincitive friends brought home. I had a bite of a taco. And a cookie. I felt like shit each time I cheated. But have been good since. -

We just had a cold front blow in yesterday, I was enjoying the 70's and 80's. Now we're in the 40's, Texas can't make up her mind! Lol But the point still stands, switch up your routine. -

2-week pre-op diet....ugh!
Sparklette replied to anm1063's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
The first couple days are the hardest, I've cheated a few times. Keep your mind busy with something tedious, like needle work or beading or math. Lol That's how I'm doing it. Also, I've been chewing the hell out of SF gum and pops. Change your routine, At work I used to go to lunch in the Break room, now I've been sitting outside drinking my shake, enjoying the sun. -

Just do as your surgeon directed, and everything should be okay.

Eeep, that has gotta suck. But It's only for two weeks, then it'll be surgery time. I'm so excited I can't stand it! 10 more days.
-
I just plan on belting things as long as I can, or borrowing friend/family clothes for the time being. Check free-cycle, resale shops, Walmart clearance.

I have two weeks also, I'm on 3 shakes a day with a low fat high protein dinner. It honestly hasn't been that bad. I keep myself distracted with tedious crafts or planning in my down time. I've also been going to bed earlier to keep my self from late night snacking. This is nothing compared to how I was when I quit smoking. That was a nightmare on wheels.

Pre op diet day four, it hasn't been too bad actually. I'm surprised.
