When I first started my journey I was with this my ex. I spent a weekend at my parents, thats when they told me my insurance covered the surgery. I was so excited and couldn't wait to tell him. When I did he was furious that I would even suggest "the easy way out" and we faught all night i wouldnt conceed to his opinion. Over the next two months I had doctors appointments and tests and all thats jazz. Every day he would complain about the money and time I was wasting. And I would brush him off. Eventually it wore on us and we fought more and more and eventually we split. Try to make him understand that it is your health and it is up to him if he wants to stick around and help you with your health.

From what I heard nearly everyone has buyers remorse at some point. But you have to remember that this cannot be undone, and that it is for the best that you keep going.

I'm 11 days in to the pre op diet and I have had a massive headache for the past few days. Anyone else?

FOUR MORE DAYS! How much more encouragement do you need? Lol jk. But seriously, we're almost there, no need to risk it now, Munch on a Popsicle sip some Soup and this phase will be done before we know it. Keep your mind busy. I think I'm a little bit fortunate with the preop diet. I quit smoking recently and learned manage those cravings. Now I have this tossed in also, but it's the same principal, change your routine, keep hands and mind busy, and deep breathing exercises.
