Had my first non clear today. Three ounces of vanilla fatfree low sugar yogurt.

Still nothing.

My parents are suddenly antiRNY. After a year of preparing for RNY they are now, with only two days to surgery all "Why don't you get the sleeve, less complications with the sleeve, are you sure you want to have surgery, You won't be able to eat that little, you're too young, huge lifestyle change, you won't be able to handle it, So and so had RNY and nearly died, So and so had the sleeve and they lost (blank) weight." And I'm like WHY NOW? OVER A YEAR AND NOW YOU'RE VOICING ALL OF THIS NOW! WTF??? I snapped tonight and I say "I'm doing this, it's my decision. If you were this concerned, why didn't you voice this a year ago when I started this whole thing and told you the options. This surgery is my choice and I've made my decision, and I'd like you to support that. End of story." Of course, we all have parents and know it wasn't the end of story. They are still trying to sway me, But I'm standing firm. Thank you for ready my little rant.

I took a gas ex and some milk of magnesia. Lets see what it will do for me

i went in to surgery at 730 am, and I remember waking up in recovery and it being almost 1 pm.

If they accept my insurance. Track record. Support groups.

My pain has mostly subsided. Only some in my upper left abdominal area. Got some Jello and diluded apple juice Taking it super slow. I didnt get a morphine pump. I was a little disappointed. But the nurse was really good at bringine me a dose every hour or so.

Doctor came and checked on me. Said all loked good. I get to go home soon

Waiting on results for swallow test

My surgeon is awesome. And only requires one night. He likes keeping cost low.

I am finally post op! Haven't been able to sleep much between nurses every hour and my friend snoring. Lol nothing but ice chips yesterday. And I have my swallow test in two hours/! So glad to be on the losers bench!

I have been walking around. For ten min every hour

Only a couple more hours, and I can't get to sleep! lol really starting to freak out now!

I am right there with you. But I have the bowel cleanse. Its aweful. I am hungry and tired and getting aome excercize by running back and forth from the potty every 5minutes. Its not fun. But.... TOMORROW! TOMORROW MY SURGURY IS TOMORROW ITS ONLY A DAY AWAY!! Yeah...hang in there!

I heard its linked to low iron. And we are losing our outer coat. And it is unseasonably cold right now. Lol
