I would go by the scale you use everyday at home...and stop worrying about that scale cuz you look tiny as heck! Lol -

Whoa that's a lot! Lol but I'm in the same boat...I want my arms done ASAP then boobs, tummy, thighs, my butt , acid peel for my acne scars, and fix my upper eyelids. I've got a lot of saving up to do! -

Is your insurance paying or it's out of pocket? My insurance won't pay for my boobs... -
Cold, warm, hot....I'm so confused! Lol I heard that cold helps burn calories bcuz your body has to use energy to warm it but I have also heard that hot fluids help aide in digestion and flushing out fat... I guess it's trial and error time. Lol

I'm at the Dr.'s office and I am shaking in my rainboots!! Lol I've been trying to lose the last 20-25 pounds but it just won't budge....Doc is gonna yell at me for sure!!! Anyone else having trouble with the last lil bit? Anyone overcome that hurdle??! HELP!!!

I agree with Nel... Could be a spasm. I would get them all the time when I had my sleeve done. I would also get them in my stomach. Call your doc. If its a spasm there are meds that could help. -

Well doc didn't yell at me... He was pleased that I didn't gain and suggested I go back to shakes and build up to solids again and try different forms of work outs. He thinks that my body is just comfortable at this weight and if I want to start losing again I need to change up my routine. For example instead of just walking I should try jogging or at least carry a heavy backpack when I go for my walks. -
Does the temp really make a diff? Cuz I make this except that I throw in the lemon after I squeeze it and put it in the fridge overnight so it can really soak in the lemon flavor. I drink it cold and I notice nothing.

Slimpressions are a brand on compression garments. They have one that is meant to compress your arms back and tummy. It looks like a tshirt with sleeves to the elbow and the chest scooped out. They work really well! I don't know how much they are now but when I got mine it was $45 very well spent! And I meant plastic surgery...brachioplasy.

I'm always freezing too...dr told me I was severely anemic....taking more iron should help...lets see! -

Those things are gross!!! And they don't have the protein that we need.... They say 42g but we don't absorb all of because its collagen. My nut gave me one called yes whey. It has 23g of the right protein. It costs the same and tastes just as nasty but if your going to take it anyway might as well take the right one.
