Hello everyone I had the surgery and everything went good. Alittle pain but not to bad. I hope everyone is doing good talk to I all later

I am home today just a little sore but that is to be expected. So I raise my small cup of water to the new me.

I am doing good no leaks and a little pain. Thank u all for your support. On a liquid diet now and ready for the new me to shine

Well tomorrow it is time have to be at the hospital at 5 am. Might be a long night.

On my way to the hospital for surgery. I will keep all posted on how I am doing after surgery. Here I come the start to a new me.

Thank u I am trying to get rest. Fishing in the gulf of Mexico is great. Yes it will be hard to rest

No secret to getting the fish just have to know where to go to catch them. They are red snapper. Thank u I will keep an update after surgery when I can

I have me surgery wensday as well. Looks like a lot of us got that date lol good lucky every one -
Congrats it Is a long wait but worth it. I just have 4 day till my surgery can not wait. They going to have u on a pre op diet.

Good luck on your diet I have been on the liquid diet sense Sunday it is hard but just keep telling your self it is for the better. I have lost 8 lds sense Sunday. And have surgery next Tuesday on the 11 july. U can do it trust me u can

My wife had said she was going to do the diet with me but then said well I have to fix food for our daughter so she eats what she does. But my day will come soon and soon it will be a new me and healthy me. Come on July 11 I am ready.

I can bet is going to get ruff no solid food just liquids for ten days. But almost to the surgury date the begins a new chapter to the healthy me. Going to be hard with my little girl not knowing I can not have certain thing and come up going daddy do u want some and me haveing to tell her no. The look on her face this morning over ceral was like I just shoot her.

Lol still hard Shen they eat the other stuff if I have soup I have to strain it so it is just the liquid -
I am on the diet too and surgery is 11 July seeing my daughter and wife eat normal food while u have soup is the hard part

Red snapper is high in protein white meat grilled is awesome with lemone juice a little butter and some creole seasoning. U can also bake, broil, and fry it. -
