I'm 8-weeks out and it's still happening. I have a friend who's almost two years out and she still has it too.

I asked my mom to come over when my husband was working to help with my baby. It was hard because I missed picking her up and playing with her, but it was necessary. Also, a friend of mine picked up her child too soon and ended up back in the hospital. So I would ask for help.

Congrats! I'm 15 pounds away from one-derland, so hopefully I'm not too far behind you. :-)

I get between 500-700 a day. I always get excited when I get over 600. LOL

I was the same way. And then suddenly, last week, it's like my tummy relaxed and I was able to eat more. Still not a lot, but enough to get my calories in without feeling like I was dying. So just give it time.

I've been told to stay away from carbs as much as possible until I'm further out.

This one looks good. Uses chicken as a base for the crust. More protein!

Looks awesome!! What did you use as the crust?
It's cream cheese, parmesan and eggs. I found it online. It's thick enough that you don't have to use a fork.

Have y'all tried Smooth Move herbal tea? My cousin is 4 years out and she swears by it. drinks a cup almost every night. I've also heard Probiotics are helpful.

I was able to eat around 1.5 or 2 ounces of meatloaf for lunch. It was super moist and I chewed forever. I'm so happy!

I had spinach artichoke hummus for the first time. It was delicious! I dipped some Gerber veggie flavored crunchies. Great snack.< /p>

Nausea

I have nausea too. My theory, based on some other posts I've read, is that my digestion has slowed down or something like that. So whenever I start feeling constipated. The nausea starts getting worse too. Just a theory though. I'm only 8-weeks out and I haven't talked to my doc about it yet.
