Yes that's normal. Take your pain meds if its unbearable pain. But it will get better.

How regular is everyone these days? I was going every morning until yesterday. And now my stomach is queasy. Everything I eat (drink, actually) makes me slightly nauseous. I tried miralax...hope that works.

Tomorrow I'll be two weeks out, and as of yesterday I'd lost 13 pounds since surgery.

Hi everyone. Do any of you post opers take anything to help you sleep? I'm thinking of zzzquil or something. Lately I am having a hard time going to sleep.

Also I timed my pain meds so they kicked in before I got in the car.

Just had my first taste of real food since surgery. An ounce of cream of potato soup...I don't know if I've ever tasted anything better! :-) -
I caved and ate about an ounce of cream of potato soup. It was so good!!!! Went down good...lets see if it stays down.
