CRUSHING MEDICATION. I was told that I could crush my medication and put it in applesauce. That does make sense, but has anyone put it in their protein shakes or is that not a good idea?

I wish I could have gotten a 5:30 am surgery. Would have worked better with my partner's work schedule.

My surgery is scheduled for 12/31 at Christiana Hospital in Newark, Delaware. Surgery to be done by Dr. Michael Peters. -
Just got word. I have been approved and surgery is scheduled for 12/31.

Can anyone give me an idea how long Aetna takes to approve? I am really hoping their quicker than some people are telling me. Some tell me they are slow and some people tell me they are quick.

I have a preop appointment on Wednesday. My paperwork went in last Thursday. I am hoping he will put me on the liquid diet and have a tentative surgery date.

I have my preop surgeon appointment this Wednesday. Papers went in last Thursday. Hoping he will put me on the liquid diet on Wednesday and have a tentative surgery date.

Paperwork sent to insurance for approval on November 28th. Appointment with surgeon on December fifth. Hope to be approved by that appointment.

I just signed up. I am having my initial consultation on Wednesday the 27th.

Counting down. Nutritionist had a lot of appointment. I see her on 8/16. Looks like if everything goes right, my surge.ry will be in December. Which it could be sooner. -

Fortunately I already did a sleep study and they think they may be able to use my chest X-ray and blood work from my regular doctor. They we only about 3 months ago. -
