Divide calories by 3 and then multiply times two. That is how I would do it, thrre are also apps that can help ou figure it out. Hope this helps.

No clue in my practice there are three and each one is different from food to how the operate. For instance two of them do not put in drains and mine does.

Hi good luck, same thing happen to me when I had my RNY back in 2004 and it ended up being internal hemmoroids that developed from the surgery itself I was in for a week and it never occured again. -
Went to my pre op seminar & they said I should buy Protein in this order: whey protein isolate first then whey protein concentrate second & less desirable is soy protein. Does anyone know what is the difference? I bought two tubs of pure protein and they are concentrate & now am curious as to the difference, thanks in advance!

Well i definetly have been recommended by everyone chapstick, my spirometer that I got at the pre-op seminar my furry sandals to walk, walk, walk, comfy clothes to go home in because i will have a drain, my eye glasses and case (not going to bother with contacts) toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant and unscented lotion. I plan on wearing their gown till I leave. Oh and me cell cannot be without that!
