i had that awful pain until i moved my furniture around and later that night when i rolled over i heard a pop and i haven't had any pain at all. i'm assuming it was the staple that popped loose.

the scale isn't moving that much, but the inches sure are coming off! i may be silly, but i just got out of the shower and my towel went all the way around me and then some! my 4 yo thinks i'm nuts! lol i can't even remember the last time a towel covered me completely! sooooo happy i had this surgery!

if you like seafood imitation crab meat is really yummy and easy on the stomach too. tuna, baked fish all high protien and easy to handle. -

in a few days the restriction feeling will hit you! i did the same thing. at first everything was normal then all of a sudden i could only eat a spoon or two at a time. weird, i know but that's what happened to me. just go very slow!!!! and put down the bread! lol -
