sounds like maybe a nerve. my back is messed up and from time to time it will pinch nerves and all kind of weird things happen. certain parts of my legs going to sleep, shooting pain/ electric shock feeling, tingling, no feeling. -
well... when they were getting me ready for surgery is when mine decided to start! suprise!!! they gave me lovely spiderweb panties to wear with a pad. lucky me lol

i totally changed my mind! i made the decision to be healthy which means eat healthy! i make treats but healthy versions. look up recipes of things you enjoy that you can eat now. my treat is sugar free peppermint patties, yummy!!! good luck -

aahhhh... pre-school! so nice to have a few hours of peace (knowing my baby is safe and happy) got the shopping done, cleaned the house, did the laundry. now it's just to dawg on quiet!!! lol

i did the shots for 28 days 2x a day, but never had that problem -
don't worry about it! with the mess my life was in, it was still a piece of cake!

reality hit me the week before surgery too! just do what your dr, says and you'll be fine! try not to worry to much!
