i started eating caned tomatoes about 3-4 weeks no problem.

bet you have an inner ear infection! i get this alot and boy is it unpleasant! doesn't hurt or anything just dizzy kinda like bouncing off the walls and everything else too. good luck hope the room stops spinning soon! lol -
