i have been stuck since week 2 now at week 3! doing everything i'm supposed to. can't figure it out!

i'm 2 full weeks out of surgery and i have still got a huge lump above the left side incision. any body else? is this normal?

i wish i had someone here too, i don't know anyone! do you have a ymca near? that is where i go swimming and i absolutly love it!

if any of you have insurance thru the state or medicare they cover your vitamins also ask your primary Dr. mine helped me figure it out.

we both have the same favorites! lol good for you! control is a hard thing sometimes to have, and you did it!!!! yea!

Posted Yesterday, 1:39 AM I wasnt going to tell a lot of ppl including my sister. I ended up telling more ppl than I planned then I told my neice, so I decided to tell my sister what a big mistake that was cuz we ended up in an arguement and the fist thing she says is atleast I dont have to have surgery to loose weight. It's my own fault I should have known better cuz thats the type of person she is and I knew that, but im use to her jabs so I dont let them affect me anymore. Every1 else who I told SEEMS to be supportive, and my 2 kids are very happy for me. i know how you feel! i told my mom a week before surgery and she got mad and told me i didn't diserve it and that she did. and i had surgery on the 24th of august and none of my family have called to see if i'm even alive yet! i am not doing this for anyone but me and of course my kids. so.....piss on them!

i was about a week out when i had hot sauce. it really is strange though how my tastes have changed. hot sauce isn't so hot ans sweet is wayyyyy to sweet now.

refried fat free beans with hot sauce and plain greek yogart is sooooo yummy!

i make popsicles with the shakes sooo much easier to take that way. also i use the protien shots 26gms of protien in 2oz.

i would say you are doing great! my date is 8-24-12 i started @ 261 day of surgery went down to 248 and went up to 252 as of today! starting to get upset!!! can't get enough water in. i do get plenty of protien though

ok what my Dr. told me was if the liver doesn't shrink they can't do the surgery laproscopicly they have to open you all the way up! so the choice is yours!! good luck!

I am 3 weeks post op today. All I do honestly is sit on my butt answering phone calls (I work for US Airways in reservations). I don't know if it is the amping up the workouts or actually being at work but I am exhausted. New shift is 5pm to 1:30 am. Pray for me that I can survive this. Like This wow your working out already? are you superwoman? op 8-24-12 and still in too much pain to reach the floor. lol had a fight with the vacuum cleaner and a big spider.( think they ganged up on me!) they sure did kick my butt! lol

I TOLD EVERYBODY! I'M HAPPY TO HAVE THIS SURGERY! VERY PROUD TO MAKE THIS BIG CHANGE IN MY LIFE!!!
