Thank you!!! I am 21 at 5'8" and my highest was 276 and my surgery weight was 263. I'm hovering between 150-160 right now. Would still like to lose another 20lbs because of flab but am happy just being in my "average weight" bracket. My before pictures: - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Fat makes me dump along with sugar/carbs. More than a table spoon of Peanut Butter gets me sick - my 5year post op brother can't even look at peanut butter without dumping. I just dumped on Breakfast sausage because it was so greasy. Same goes for some chilis because of the fat. Though cheese is just fine with my stomach, but more than 4oz of milk and I'm sick - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

I love the brand biotech. The chocolate is great with some Peanut Butter and the vanilla mixed in great! - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012 -

1. Gall bladder removal has zero to do with dumping. 2. Dumping is generally not painful, rather a horrible feeling if being run down and weak and nauseous. 3. You don't dump if you haven't had WLS so I have no idea what you're experiencing but it's definitely not that. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Unfortunately all you can do is lay down and wait it out. Stay away from whatever you ate that made you sick. Just stay away from fats, carbs and sugars and you'll be golden my dear. We all experience this. Congrats on the huge weight loss!!! - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

When I dump i generally have to lay down/sleep for 1-2 hours. You really need to look at nutrition facts before you put anything in your mouth. Clam chowder is so chock full of fat and carbs and doesn't it also have potatoes? Starch is sugar. There is also practically no Protein in it. Literally there is nothing beneficial to what you ate at all. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Detoxing will restart your body and not make you want the crap food once you're done. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Why would you do that to yourself - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

I hate when people moronically say that I couldn't have been big enough to have surgery when clearly the surgery is what made me not big enough anymore agh idiots I swear - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Clam chowder is nothing but fat. You're dumping. Lay down. Honey is nothing but pure sugar, regardless if it's from a natural source. Stay away from sugar, carbs, and fat. No exceptions. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Nutrition nomnomnom - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Have you seen hungry for change? Also - I just bought the nutri-bullet from bed bath & beyond and it's great because it has all the benefits from juicing but instead of losing all the Fiber and nutrients that come out of the "pulp" that you just throw away with juicing, it actually pulverizes the whole fruit/veggie into a liquid so you get all of it in. Granted you can't get as much "liquid plant" from this method but you get the plant in its entirety instead of just the juice which I find more beneficial. Plus I just do it twice a day so I get about the same amount of juice in a day. Trying to see if I can add unflavored Protein powder and make a veggie/fruit Protein shake too. That'd be fabulous - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

What size are you now?

Was floating around. 24 and size XL-2x Now am a S/M and size 10/12 - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012 -
Because I think they're fantastic. I cook these with a little olive oil over medium heat in a pan and top it with a slice of sargento cheddar cheese. Love it! I cook these in a non stick pan (no pam or oil in the pan) over a medium heat for 10 mins. Can't wait to try with cheese! - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

You're not eating protein? Then what the hell are you eating? You're supposed to eat low carb low sugar high protein. Fat should be one of the last things you look at, it's important, but not as important as making sure the protein is high and the carbs/sugar are low to none. Idk what diet your surgeon put you on but if you're worried about fat and not protein then as of now you're ass backwards - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012

Doesn't have Protein. Yes, starch is bad. Starch will always be bad. And the fact that there is 0 fat or sodium indicates to me that those nutrition facts are for popcorn without butter - which I doubt most people would be eating. - Kaylee Ann ~ Surgerversary 6/11/2012
