Hi everyone. Anyone where I m or able to help? I am 8 years out and never got to goal and gaining again. Started at 300#. 5'5" and now 220# 5' 31/2". Yes, shrinking (age does not help). I find myself getting more negative. Any suggestions to get back on track? Anyone know any "starter" programs....shakes...anything? Ready to accept any help to get started over again. MD suggest support group but do not have time to attend meetings. I work 14-16 hour days which looks like it might slow down some but do not see it less than 12 hr days and then exhaustion sets in. 60+ should be retirement but not possible right now. Any suggestions anywhere?
