So question... I thought the surgery makes u very gassy so I would assume waiting is not an option.

The longer ur overweight the less elasticity u have but from many. Drink lots of water and exercise like hell and please use a lot of weights. I'd rather exercise so much I'm tired but in the end have a hell of a body instead of giggle girl.

The heavier u are the more u loose so u were big to start but not huge.

To prevent clots if u have to travel as much as u can walk back and forth while on your flight.

If u do as u need it actually goes quickly.

If u have no self control as most of us u may need to look for a diff job.

Listen Tasha think of it this way. Your doing this so you don't leave your kids permanently so all of u will have a better life. Also don't get me started on Christmas. Christmas is to celebrate the birth of our father who dies for us not to spend all our money on presents for kids. I'm so sick of how commercial Christmas has become. So basically don't feel guilty.

I have 10 days till surgery and it feels so far away I am just ready to get this process rolling.

No keep it a secret u can call them on ur way to the hospital. I've learned over the last 5 years family can ruin things and u are the one left suffering. Don't be alone be happy and u have ur friend. Don't let them ruin this time for u. I have ny surgery on 11/28 and I'm texting my sisters and calling my mom when I get to the hospital. Bc i let them dictate my decision and now I am left heavier and more miserable. So thank God this time my hubby is supportive but I swear I could care less at this point. No one matters but me.

1200 calories is not bad. It depends on what you eat. I used to eat only 600 calories and was full. I ate a lot of lean meats and veggies. So my calories came from my starch.
