closest thing i have done is a box of Yasso frozen Greek Yougurt pops not bad tasting and got protein in with it

i have not had a soda since june 2nd 2 1/2 months before surgery please don't do it carbonation is bad for us and soda is just empty calories and can hurt your pouch

Jan 2012 hw 301 surgery 8/22 269.5 today 202 total wl 99 lbs

I went back to work 3 weeks out and was nervous but my energy came back fast just Stay hydrated

Down 97 lbs since January and 67 since surgery on 8-22-12

My surgery was in wareham ma at tobey hospital my original name on here was Big Don when i was heavier then i changed to to Shrinking Don good luck with your surgery

excellent.... wish i could stay away from the scale it's my new addiction

If you have no complications 3 weeks should be a breeze driving school bus i went back and have to crank a canvas back manually and a few other physical thinks

i drive short distances for work usually 1hr tops each way then i have to get out of truck and do a few things to my trailer so i can dump the load so im constantly moving shifting steering cranking the canvas walking to back of trailer to ulock then relock it after load is dumped out and of course they recommend a lot of walking its not a easy journey but if you have a strong head yo can do this once you get thru the first few weeks it gets easier i would say the first month post-op is the toughest you will probably be on liquids and then move to mushy foods after 8 weeks move to solids

i had very little pain afterwards maybe a little discomfort i was up walking the day i had surgery everyone is different. Yes i did have a catheter but was not painful it comes out quick not to bad..As far as office work you should be fine i drive a tractor trailer and went back full duty at 3 weeks out and felt fine. congrats Paul i also am off all my meds for high blood pressure, diabetes down to 203 as of today and feel great i also would recommend this for people its amazing getting healthy and feeling great

Yes my wife thinks it is funny because i was never cold before would wear shorts and tshirt all winter i live in massachusetts im down 97 lbs of insulation since january and 67 since surgery in august

Went to my safety guy today at work and asked for some new shirts (old ones 4X) he said all i have is some XL so i replied well ill take them they will fit when i loose a little more weight well i came home and for the hell of it tried one on here it is wow it fit size 36 pants (thank you losingitforme) and my new shirt for work
