Probably I think you can adjust it in the program somewhere but it's just a guide don't worry about it do what you are supposed to you will do great -

Congrats Kristy on your accomplishment. I started in nov 2011 at 301 and had RNY on 8/22/12 with a weight of 270 and have also Hit my goal of 160 and have gone below to 159 It's a great feeling time for us both to Celebrate our wonderful new life's u deserve it great work

the pic on left was when i was at my highest ever of 340 lbs middle was a week before i had my RNY at 270 lbs and right is today at 159 lbs -

see you there i will have Jeans and a white T-shirt on will be with my sister who had gastric sleeve done and possibly a friend of hers who had RNY a couple weeks ago -
that may be to soon i couldn't do them for a couple months at 4 weeks i was on soft foods every doc is different i would check with them or your nutritunist

my surgeon said no to nuquil and dayquil even dayquil has some alcohol in it was told to take sudefed and tylenol cold and flu went to my primary and he put me on antibiotic -

you will get there in time it didn't go on overnight and it won't come off overnight but u have a great tool to work with now . If u feel up to it there is a support group tonight at Whites of Westport at 5pm come on by i will be there -
No regrets at all 6.5 mos out reached my goal weight of 160 down from hw 301 and dos 270 no diabetes any longer no high blood pressure life is good

Yes Heidi it does each day will get better it is normal to feel regret in the begining first month is the toughest you will love the results as you become more healthy and the great benefit of looking great in 6 mos i went from 270 to 160 lbs my highest weight was 301 in Jan 2012 you will have so much more energy also we are all here to support you thru your journey -

It's def worth it I had Dr Colachio also the staff was awesome I am almost 7 mos postop live in New Bedford I attend the support groups all the time they help a lot if you have Facebook add me I will add you to my fb group called bariatric friends there is a lot of locals on there to search N1pmb@comcast.net on Facebook -

I had no throwing up at the start and only 3-4 times since my RNY almost 7 mos and that was due to something not agreeing with me I also have a high tolorence for pain and was up and around quickly -

there is a thread somewhere on here where women were swallowing fine and no dumping it was more they were wondering how much extra protein they were getting someone actually asked there nutritionist about the protein content .. Just had to throw my 2 cents in
