Normal my first bm was very dark almost black and very stinky..now i just wish i could have a bm seems like its a week apart last time was last sunday and here we are sunday once again i know im not eating much buit this does get uncomfortable other then that im doing great -
did not have a binder after me surgery

Jeff don't worry about them it is ur decision to do this for you and you are the only one that matters in this situation if they can't be supportive no need for them to be around

that is still awesome 35 lbs in 17 days i am 5 weeks out and have lost 42 lbs first couple weeks it came off like butter but has slowed down keep up the great work you look awesome -

Lili your doing so good i would also like it to keep falling off at the pace it was the first 3 weeks but i hit a point where im probably 5 lbs a week now but as long as i keep losing im happy going to one of the support groups tomorrow subject will be mindful eating

I've been real careful to buy sample packs and stuff so I didn't waste money .im still on soft food and eat about 4oz at dinner tomorrow makes 5 wks post op I'm down 41 pounds and boy do I need to pickup some new pants these that I have are way to big now -

yeah i am down 40 lbs since 8/22 and 72 since i started this so im still wearing the same clothes but if i don't tighten that belt up down the pants come there way to big what i will enjoy is when i buy new ones is not having to go and pay extra for Big Mens clothes

dos 269.5 8/22 lw 236 today 232 went back to work this monday 9/17 54hrs down still got tomorrow damn there trying to get me to catchup on what i missed oh well money is good and always on the go -

please don't give up that would just let the insurance company win i had to do a 6 mo i can change program for mine it was all together 10mos from start to surgery it is worth whatever hoops you need to jump thru to do this for yourself -
i week preop about 270lbs 3.5 wks postop at 234lbs

For me my sugar was getting worse I was heavy at my pcp office he had suggested wls because I drive a truck can't have insulin so I told him I would consider it called and went to a seminar in nov of 2011 my high weight was 301 in recent yrs 330 many yrs ago fast forward 9 mos aug 22nd had my surgery gastric bypass Rny 269 day of surgery today I'm 234 well on my way never been happier -
So proud of you for not touching that soda

you will love the new you diabetes is the main reason i did this im type 2 and doc was going to put me on insulin being a truck driver that would end my career so i choose wls

my high weight was 301 ilost 31lbs prior to surgery but you can really see the difference since surgery

cheri just follow what your doctor and nutrishonist said i know mine said three meals and a snack if needed..you will start to be able to eat about 1/2 cup of soft stuff soon i can but still not hungry so i have to remind myself to eat who was your doctor and where did you have surgery
